Why does my portable monitor keep flickering, turning black, or showing "No Signal"?
Over 90% of flickering or restarting issues are caused by insufficient power. Portable monitors (especially high-brightness, high-refresh-rate, dual or triple screens) require 15W to 30W+ peak power. If your laptop USB port cannot supply adequate current, please connect an external PD power adapter to the monitor’s dedicated power port.
Why does my base Apple M1/M2/M3 MacBook only mirror or show one external display on the Triple Screen?
Base Apple M1/M2/M3/M4 chips (non-Pro/Max) natively support only one external display output over Thunderbolt. To achieve dual independent external displays, you can: 1. Use a DisplayLink-certified docking station; or 2. Connect to a MacBook equipped with Pro/Max chips. Detailed wiring topologies are illustrated on page 12 of our Triple Screen Manual.
What hardware requirements are needed for single-cable USB-C connection?
Your computer or phone must feature a "Full-featured USB Type-C" port that supports DisplayPort Alternate Mode (DP Alt Mode) and USB Power Delivery, or a Thunderbolt 3/4 / USB4 port. Standard USB-C ports designed solely for data transfer or charging cannot output video.
Touch input is misaligned (touching the portable screen triggers actions on the laptop). How to fix?
Windows defaults touch inputs to the primary display. Open Windows "Control Panel" -> "Hardware and Sound" -> "Tablet PC Settings" -> click "Setup" -> follow the on-screen prompt to press Enter on the portable monitor to associate touch with that specific panel.
