- What is the minimum order quantity?
- We run small-quantity production across a variety of models; the exact minimum depends on the model and how far it is customised. Send the target size, resolution, interface configuration and expected first-order quantity and we will come back with a workable minimum for your project.
- What can be customised?
- Customisation covers the driver board, product ID and industrial design, structure design, and shell molds and tooling. We hold full independent IP and can support design patents and utility patents.
- Are you a factory or a trading company?
- We are a Shenzhen manufacturer — Shenzhen Xinshengli Technology Co., Ltd., with our own SIBOLAN brand. The plant sits in Bao’an District, Shenzhen, with 2,000 m² of floorspace and in-house R&D, PMC and F&A departments.
- What happens between confirming a requirement and volume production?
- The process runs in eight stages: R&D, appearance design, shell mold, product model, manufacturing, assembly, function and aging test, and packaging and warehousing. Each stage maps to a named owner, and lead times are stated alongside the confirmed solution and order volume.
- Which certifications do the products hold?
- Products hold CCC certification and pass global certificates including CE, RoHS and FCC, with five QC stages before shipping plus Intertek and SGS certificates.
- What about warranty and after-sales service?
- A 12-month warranty with a 7 × 24 hour response. We work through your feedback and come back with a solution.
- Can you put our brand on the product and packaging?
- Yes. OEM projects support a custom logo and can be adapted to your brand appearance; the placement and packaging format are settled during the solution stage.
